The facility was super clean (great sign that the kennels were regularly maintained), and my dogs were very happy! "I’ve been bringing Leon to PetSuites in Waterford, and I can honestly say it’s his absolute favorite place! From the moment we pull up, he gets so excited and starts wagging his tail like crazy. "Pickle LOVES coming here (he happy-whines in the parking lot when he sees the building). He’s a rescue pup who had a rough start to life, but the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure he feels safe and happy. They’re always polite and as quick to respond as they’re able to be. The groomers are also great and have done an amazing job helping me keep my bucket of fluff from turning my house into a bucket of fluff."

"This was my first time placing my three small dogs in a pet hotel, and I was initially anxious about leaving them. However, PetSuites Waterford Lakes provided exceptional care for my furbabies. The staff is professional, well-trained, and genuinely attentive. I booked the VIP room, which allowed me to monitor them through CCTV—definitely worth the price for the peace of mind it provided. To my surprise, they truly enjoyed their stay and had a wonderful time socializing and playing with other dogs.
